We will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
Items will be shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Please be aware that your desired date and time may not be available, as it may take longer due to mailing conditions or major holidays.
*If you purchase a set of regular items and pre-order items, they will be shipped all at once when all pre-order items are available.
*If the customer is absent for a long period of time and the storage period has passed at the post office, and the product is returned to our store, we will reship it using Yu-Pack cash on delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience after an order has been completed.
Size changes can be made only once.

Wrong delivery/defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will promptly replace it. We do not accept returns. Please contact the customer within 5 days after receiving the product. We will pay all round-trip shipping costs.
*Please note that if we do not have replacement stock, we may issue a refund.
Additionally, even if you place an order, we may ask you to cancel it due to the product being out of stock or due to sudden production discontinuation. We will promptly process the refund.
